R.R Restaurant by L.Law invites you to an intimate food and wine pairing experience in collaboration with one of the Barossa Valley’s most celebrated single estate producers — Hentley Farm.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the table with the man behind the estate. Hentley Farm Founder and Director Keith Hentschke will be present on the night to guide guests through his wines, share the story of the land, and bring the Barossa Valley to Adelaide in a way that goes far beyond what’s in the glass.

Among the wines poured on the night, we are honoured to offer guests an exclusive taste of the 2023 Clos Otto Shiraz — a limited edition wine ordinarily reserved only for Clos Otto Club,Tally Room members. This is a genuinely rare privilege, and one of the most exciting highlights of the evening.

Across five thoughtfully designed courses, our kitchen will pair R.R Restaurant’s culinary vision with the depth, character, and exceptional terroir of Hentley Farm’s award-winning portfolio. Each pour is chosen deliberately. Each dish is crafted to match.

MEET KEITH HENTSCHKE

Keith Hentschke is not a winemaker who stumbled upon the Barossa — he sought it out with intention. As Founder and Director of Hentley Farm, Keith brings decades of expertise, passion, and an unwavering commitment to single estate excellence. Armed with a degree in Agricultural Science and Wine Marketing from Roseworthy College, where he was awarded the prestigious Gramp Hardy Smith Memorial Prize as the college’s most outstanding student, Keith spent years in senior production and operational roles at some of Australia’s most respected wine companies, including Orlando Wyndham and Nepenthe.

He founded Hentley Farm in 1997 alongside his wife Alison, guided by the advice of local viticulturalists: head northwest into the Barossa and find the red-brown soil over limestone. Using a soil map from the 1950s, Keith identified a remarkable 100-acre mixed farming property set among rolling hills on the banks of Greenock Creek in Barossa’s west — land with extraordinary soil diversity, varying aspects and altitudes that would go on to define Hentley Farm’s single estate character.

Today, Hentley Farm spans 150 acres of prime Barossa Valley terroir, producing wines of exceptional distinction. Having Keith Hentschke join us on the night is not a formality — it is the heart of this experience.
